We are currently recruiting for a Multipoint Foundation Salesperson to assist with selling domestically and internationally.
This position is a sales and marketing function related specifically to Triodetic’s Multipoint Foundation frame product. It will involve both inside and outside sales and the Salesperson will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
The job functions for this position will include extensive travel to the main market areas for the Multipoint product, primarily northern Canada, Alaska and the southern United States. The Salesperson will make periodic calls on existing customers as well as calls on new prospective buyers, and establish a working relationship with those customers.
The Salesperson will be required to organize and execute formal presentations to prospective customers and respond to technical questions regarding the product. Customer calls may also include site visits to assist with technical issues that may arise during installation.
Triodetic will be showcasing the Multipoint product at selected trade shows throughout the course of each year and the employee will be required to assist in the organization of our presentations at these trade shows as well as working the booth for the duration of each show.
Inside sales functions will include the following responsibilities:
Respond to telephone and e-mail inquiries with technical information and brochures
- Collect information from prospective customers and pass that information along to the estimating department so that budgets and quotations can be prepared
- Communicate with engineering and estimating to ensure that all sales inquiries are receiving appropriate responses in a timely manner
- Keep track of sales opportunities and carry out periodic follow-ups with prospective customers
Once a sales contract is in place the Salesperson will act as a liaison between the customer and Triodetic’s engineering and project management team. The Salesperson will keep an open communication line with the customer, passing technical information back and forth as may be necessary and insuring the customer’s satisfaction throughout the engineering, fabrication and delivery process.
